My role supports property managers, owners, and tenants by managing the flow of documentation, compliance items, and communication related to new leases, renewals, and property transitions.
A Transaction Coordinator helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes during the leasing process. From the moment a tenant applies to the day they move in (or out), they make sure all the paperwork is in order, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Preparing and organizing lease agreements, addendums, and tenant documentation for renewals and initial leases
· Coordinating move-in and move-out processes, including condition reports and key exchanges
· Managing deadlines and ensuring timely execution of leases, disclosures, and required forms
· Sending notices throughout lease ( non renewals, renewal reminders, non compliance issues)
· Tracking transaction progress from application to occupancy to the end of the lease
· Communicating with applicants, tenants, and management team
· Ensuring fair housing compliance and maintaining accurate digital records
