Individual Offerings

1) Application processing – tenant screening $80 per application

         a. Collect all pertinent information to process an application

         b. Provide outline based on your criteria for your approval

Applications will not be processed until all information is provided by each applicant including:

• App fee payment
• DL number’s
• Social Security numbers
• Completed application 
• Proof of income

2) Lease Preparation with electronic signatures $100 per lease

       a. You provide your lease agreement or purchase mine which is sold separately 

3) Property management transaction coordination 

      a. Complete a rental market analysis 

      b. Write property description

      c. Enter listing into MLS and all rental websites

      d. Application processing

      e. Lease preparation – Electronic signatures

      f. Provide move in – move out inspection report

      g. Ad posting and make updates as needed
