We do not offer ongoing monthly property management services.
Your home will be listed within 24 - 48 hours of an executed agreement as long you provide the information and access we need for the full service option. A deposit of $100 must be paid in advance to perform the initial pre listing inspection. This will be applied to the $995 placement fee. The balance will be due upon the lease being signed by the tenant. It will be non-refundable if you choose not to hire us for the placement.
If you choose the Flat Fee DIY option, your home will be listed within 24 hours of paying the fee and providing the photos. This Flat Fee must be paid in advance.
A link to the listing will be provided to you for any revisions and final approval.
